TANNERY FALLS APARTMENTS
Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. and F Street Development partnered to develop Tannery Falls Apartments, a market-rate development with 71 apartments located between Broadway St. and the Sheboygan River in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. The newest addition to downtown Sheboygan Falls, Tannery Falls offers sophisticated modern living along the beautiful Sheboygan River.
Steps away from Settler's Park and the numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options the charming downtown of Sheboygan Falls has to offer. Conveniently located between Milwaukee and Green Bay, just west of Sheboygan and Lake Michigan and only a couple of miles from Kohler. Tannery Falls connects urban living, outdoor recreation, and suburban charm providing a sense of community and quality lifestyle. The project opened in April 2021 and is fully leased and permanent financing was put in place in September 2021.
AVIARY AT MIDDLETON MARKET
Aviary is a two phase project offering 263 units. The eastern phase opened in August 2021 and the Western phase will open in November 2021.
An 18000 sq. ft. European-style food hall market is projected to open in the spring of 2022 in the eastern building. A 12000 sq. ft. commercial space will be part of the western building.
The apartments consist of a mix of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments that will feature smart home and sustainable amenities.
7PENN APARTMENTS
The 66-unit 7 Penn Apartments was opened in Jan 2020 in partnership with PNC OP Zone Community Fund. It is fully leased and is located in downtown Sheboygan on a hill overlooking Lake Michigan.
