Service Coordination Services
Cardinal often develops housing with various nonprofit agencies to address the needs of specialized populations and to further the interests of the nonprofit, such as developing housing for homeless individuals and families, veterans, individuals with mental illness, and individuals with hearing or vision loss. Many professional agencies working with residents have a private office space onsite to provide one-on-one support. Additionally, group counseling, building activities, peer support programs, and other events and educational opportunities are held at many of the properties for residents to access. Through these efforts, residents can receive the support they need to be successful in their housing.
